Returns/Exchanges:
- To protect the quality of our product, returns and exchanges are not permitted. All sales are final.
- All Rethunk Junk products purchased through local retailers are subject to the retailer’s return policy.
Color Accuracy:
- We cannot guarantee accurate representation of our colors on monitors, iphones, or other devices. The most reliable way to guarantee you choose the correct color for your lighting is to order our paint sample sticks. You can order up to 4 colors for $5 and you will receive a $5 credit to apply to your next paint purchase.
Changes/Cancellations:
Changes to your order or order cancellation cannot be guaranteed once your order has been submitted. We will do our best to accommodate change/cancellation requests if they are received in the first 24 hours after order submittal. Please email customerservice@rethunkjunkbylaura.com with your request and if your order has not yet been sent to packing, the adjustments will be made. Once an order has been sent to packing, it has entered an automated queue and changes are not possible.
Damages/Errors:
Should your order arrive with damages or packing errors, please email us at customerservice@rethunkjunkbylaura.com and provide the order number, your name, a description of the problem, and photos of your order/damages and the box as received. Damage/Error claims must be received within 48 hours of package delivery.
Damages and errors are evaluated on a case by case basis. We strive to always have happy customers and fabulous outcomes when these unfortunate circumstances arise. Upon review of your situation and photos, we will either ship replacement product or provide a refund for damaged product.
If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address on the order, we will contact you and arrange to reschedule your shipment. Additional shipping fees will apply. Please verify accuracy of your address when placing your order.
Complaints:
We cannot take responsibility for Rethunk Junk products not purchased directly from us. Items purchased from our local retailers are subject to their return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@rethunkjunkbylaura.com within 30 days of purchase. We will review the circumstances of your project and work toward a resolution.
Rethunk Junk is a hand-applied product being used in an uncontrolled environment. We do our best to provide support and product education and always recommend you test this product before applying to your whole project. Use at your own risk. Rethunk Junk will not be responsible for any labor, value of items painted, devaluing of items painted, or damage from spills/leaks/repairs.
